Saturdays in January around Virginia Beach are something odd. Often they cold and windy, which points us to be lazy and cozy. Sometimes they are mild and we go outside and enjoy the weather.
One thing they we can always count on is a nap and some football.
As we start the new year, we look to continue good habits, find ways to reduce our poor decisions and ultimately live life purposefully.
I vow to use Saturdays this year to add content, be creative and stay engaged with my family.
